The cutest kiddos and lovely parents/spouses/siblings/in-laws/people on a beautiful November Sunday in Atlanta. Three different galleries below for the Shearrows, the DeLoneys, and the full family (the cousins are one, two, three, four, and five - so sweet!).
The Shearrows...
The DeLoneys...
Family (+ a cameo from the terrible twos)...
May you grow up to be righteous
May you grow up to be true
May you always know the truth
And see the lights surrounding you
May you always be courageous
Stand upright and be strong
May you stay forever young

It was pure joy to take maternity pictures for some of my dearest friends and favorite people in the world, Chip and Kelly. Baby Daymude is the luckiest little kiddo to have such a beautiful, loving family. And Pongo is definitely excited to be a big brother! (Click on the first picture to scroll through.)
Built on Manhattan's Lower East Side in 1863, this tenement apartment building was home to nearly 7000 working class immigrants.
The Tenement Museum generally does not allow photographs, but every so often they host an event called Snapshot, where visitors can explore the incredible space along with their cameras. It was such a cool experience!
I really love working with fashion blogger Roshie Anne of AnneConventional.com. This was our second session together - a beautiful December day on Riverside Drive modeling workout looks and fitness practices. Roshie obviously is gorgeous and has great style, but what makes it such a pleasure to work with her is her infectious energy and enthusiasm. She is so bubbly and confident that you can't help but feel inspired just being around her!
I am so excited to be working with Anne Roshie of the fashion blog Anne Conventional! This girl has gorgeous style, a bright personality, and an adventurous outlook. I'm looking forward to exploring New York with her and helping her to share out her looks, experiences, and musings. Stay tuned for more!
Check out her post on our recent Times Square Shoot.
When two people you love very much invite you to DC for a weekend to celebrate their commitment to one another, it is a pretty awesome experience. Bea and Elvis, I am so excited for your next adventure and honored that you asked me to capture a bit of your love and happiness on camera. I'm thankful for our years of friendship and cannot wait for many more. Cheers to you both!
I had the pleasure of supporting, attending, and photographing the inaugural Black Male Educators Convening in Philadelphia last week. Check out the link below to learn about this awesome initiative started by educators in the America Achieves Fellowship for Teachers and Principals.
