"As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love - even the most simple action."
I'm currently reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. It's a bit mumbo-jumboish at times as some reviewers described, but once you can get past the tone (if you're not used to it), it has some very impactful takeaways. As someone who is way too often in my head and battling with my mind, I can tell this is going to be an important read for me. Has anyone else read it and have some thoughts on the book?
