I've been thinking about change recently. More specifically, our reaction in the face of it. How we adjust our perceptions, our hopes, our plans. Often times with change, even good change, comes a grieving process. Saying goodbye to what we knew.
I found this quote by Steve Jobs that speaks to the feelings of vagueness and uncertainty that come with change:
"You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life."
