Mary Conroy Almada

"And I'll believe in grace and choice." - Mumford and Sons

Mary Conroy Almada is a writer and 200hr RYT yoga teacher in New York City. She's also a non-profit manager, wife, dog-mom, book worm, avid traveler, Georgia native, peanut butter fiend, Harvard grad, music lover, and suicide loss survivor.

As a yoga teacher, Mary is about the body, the breath, and the beats that relax and revive. She's about sweat and strength, calmness and peace, community and love, and above all, re-connecting with yourself. As a writer, Mary shares personal insights around healing, grief, travel, and well-being. Occasionally she'll write a poem or two. She's always open to connections, feedback, and inspiration!

Mary is also involved with a variety of projects and collaborations that aim to make things better, including Our House and the Laura Conroy Memorial Fund.

And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.
